Orders are usually processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday). After processing, delivery takes an additional 5 to 10 business days (Monday–Friday) once the order has been shipped.

Requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on our Tracking page to follow your order’s journey.

Yes, we provide free Standard Shipping for all orders within the UK.

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at support@nabalus.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Nabalus is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you encounter any issues, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

If your package is delayed or lost during delivery, please contact us at support@nabalus.com . We’ll investigate the issue and, depending on the situation, arrange for a replacement to be sent or issue a refund.
